Housing Allocations & Maintenance
The screenshots above are taken from our Housing Allocations & Maintenance system, and more specifically they can be found on the digital dashboard that is presented to the user when they open the application. The image on the right hand side alerts the user that there are outstanding housing maintenance repairs that need their urgent attention. In this respect, the applications acts as an Information Radiator constanting keeping the user updated. There are number of other useful features, including the following:
- There are a number of Statistical reports covering Income Brackets, Housing Need, Employment Status, Housing Area preference, and bedroom requirement.
- Details of offers of accommodation made and reasons for refusals are recorded
- Standard letters can be generated from the system
- Applicant position on housing list can be determined in an instant
- Correspondence between the Council and the various public representatives can be recorded, reducing the need to refer to paper files
- The Snapshop window provides a summary of an application at a particular point in time, gving you the ability to respond instantly to queries from your applicants or their public representatives
- Details of the current and sold housing stock can be recorded, including details of any modifications that were carried out on the house.
- The Housing Repairs module allows you to monitor all maintenance / repair requests received from your tenants. Having an effective maintenance request recording system will ensure speedy response times, thereby increasing tenant satisfaction.
- Our Differential Rent module calculates the rent paid by the tenant based on their income details
